To all whom these presents shall come Greetin Know ye that we for in
consideration of the sum of 50 for every 100 acres hereby granted paid into
our Treasury by John Mooney, have given & granted & by these presents do
give & grant unto the said John Mooney a tract of land containing 100 acres,
lying & being in our County of Bladen, in the fork of the Juniper & Wolf Pet
Branch & begins at a white oak & runs No* 25 W.31 chs & 63 links to a pine
then No* 50 E 31 chs & 63 links to a pine then So* 25 E31 chs & 63 links to
a stake then S 15 W. 31 chs & 63 links to the beginning Dated the 7th day of
Novr 1794.
