This is to Certify that Gilbert Cox of said County has furnished me with one 
thousand Nine hundred & fo[rty] five wt of Beef for the Publick use which is to 
be Discounted in the tax for the year 1783 agreeable to an act of Genl. aSsembly 
in that case made & Provided 
Given under my hand this 7 Day of Febry 1783
