Hall's Wilmington Gazette   March 7, 1799 March 7, 1799
   TAKEN UP and Committed to Wilmington Gaol, a Negro Woman named BET and her 
daughter, belonging to the estate of THOMAS LUCAS of Bladen. The owner is 
requested to come forward, pay charges and take them away.
