The improvements upon it are a large, commodious house, though not quite finished, yet several of the rooms are completely so, with plenty of cellarage, a convenient kitchen and wash house; in the upper story of which are rooms partitioned off for servants; two good stables and a coach house, with other out-houses, and a garden.
