   LAMENTABLE CASUALTY -- On Friday last, MR. JOHN ANDERSON, an old and very 
respectable inhabitant of Bladen County, was with his negroes who were 
clearing groound, a tree unfortunately fell upon him, which immediately put a 
period to his existence.
