      HOMICIDE
   We understand that a homicide was committed in Bladen County on the 21st 
day of last month by DAVID D. McDONALD, on the body of NEILL FERGUSON. They 
were brothers-in-law and the difference of opinion grew out of family affairs. 
McDONALD is in jail. As the matter is undergoing judicial review, we forbear 
to detail a particular.
