MELBA B. PERRY

   SUFFOLK – A funeral for Melba Perry, 55, was held Friday at 2 p.m. in Hill 
Underwood Funeral Home by the Rev. B.J. Willett. Burial was in Holly Lawn 
Cemetery.

   Perry died Wednesday in a hospital.

   A native of Dublin, N.C., she was the wife of Merrill S. Perry.

  She was a member of Heath Springs Baptist Church in Heach Springs, S.C.

   Other survivors include two daughters, Paula P. Jones and Roxanne Perry, and 
a son Randy S. Perry, all of Suffolk; and two sisters, Flora J. Ward of 
Wakefield and Mary Olive Faison of Henrico, N.C.
