Wed., Oct. 28, 1829  North Carolina Journal
   DIED, at Moulter, Ala., on the 5th of September, the Rev. James Richardson, 
in the 32nd year of his age. He was a native of Bladen County, N.C., and 
several years a respectable merchant in Fayetteville; but after his removal, 
he commenced to the study of physic and in this situation he was esteemed 
truly great and skillful: his greatest excellence consisted not in 
administering to the bodies of his fellow mortals, but being confirmed with 
the belief that the Almighty had called him to proclaim the truth of the 
everlasting gospel, for which he gave up all, and obeyed the call.
