I Gooden Bowen In the Name of God Amen, of Mount Pleasent near Wilmington Cape Fear
North Carolina now of St. Pancras the County of Middlesex in the Kingdom of England do
make this my last Will & Testament in manner following Viz First all my Just debts
and Funeral expences to be paid, Secondly, I give devise and bequeath all my effects in
America to Judith now on Mount Pleasent of said State as Aforesaid to her Heirs and 
assigns forever, Thirdly I give devise and bequeath unto my natural children William 
Forbes MacBean & James MacBean which I had by the Said Judith of the above mentioned
place in North Carolina The sum of Three Hundered pounds Sterling each, and I do here
by appoint John Younger of Newington Place my whole soul Executor to this my said Will
and he the said John Younger shall do or cause to be done That the sum of Three Hundred
above mentioned to be appropriated to the use of Educating and give Trades unto them
my said natural children W.F. MacBean & J. MacBean as aforesaid, and I do give unto he
the said John Younger the sum of Two Hundred Pounds, after that all be done I leave unto
my Gods Goodin Elletson Bowen all the remainder and residue of my property let it be of
whatsoever nature or kind whatever to him his Heirs & asigns forever this revoken all
other Wills made by me I do put my Hand & Seal to the 11th July one thousand seven 
Hundered & Ninty Three
