Winslow NEWKIRK of Wilmington, N.C. and Florence MERCER of Brunswick County on February 23rd, 1882 at New Supply by Rev. Jas. T. KENDAL. Witnesses: W.J. CHARLES, H. C. EVANS B. W. NEWKIRK and Florence MERCER was married Feb. 23rd, 1882. Oldest son of Abram F. and Mary I. NEWKIRK and youngest daughter of John and Annie Jane MERCER B. W. NEWKIRK and Mary K. ROBERTS of Morehead City were married April 20, 1898 by Rev. MASSEY John Abram NEWKIRK was born May 5th, 1885 Mercy NEWKIRK was born Dec. 18, 1888 Annie Lois NEWKIRK daughter of B. WINSLOW and Florence NEWKIRK was born Nov. 11, 1891 Arthur, son of B. Winslow and Florence NEWKIRK, born March 10, 1894 Harry Erwin NEWKIRK was born Aug. 20, 1896 Bryan Winslow NEWKIRK, III; born Atlanta, Ga.; June 7, 1918 John Abram NEWKIRK died June 16, 1884 Mary I. NEWKIRK died Dec. 8, 1885; daughter of Winslow S. WILKINGS and Sophia Larkins WILKINGS and mother of B. W. NEWKIRK, aged 57 years 7 mos. And 18 days Abraham Francis NEWKIRK died June 25th, 1891; aged 69 years, 8 months, 4 days; father of B. W. NEWKIRK, son of Bryan NEWKIRK and Mary HAWES.
