                               ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE
   Notice is hereby given to all persons indebted to the estate of JAMES 
COCHRAN, deceased, of Brunswick County,  to make payment immediately, and 
those having claims against said estate, are notifed to present them duly 
authenticated within the time prescribed by law or this notice will be plead 
in bar of their recovery.
