Know ye that We have granted unto James Coker one hundred acres of land in our County of Brunswick on the West side of Waggamaw River between Cypress Swamp and the seven creeks on the Huckleberry Bay joining Abram Bakers land begining at a pine in the head drean of said Bay runs thence South forty East one hundred and five poles to a pine thence North fifty East one hundred and thirty poles to Abram Bakers line thence with his line North twenty eight West twelve poles to a pine his third corner thence North forty West one hundred & forty three poles to a pine near the Bay thence South twenty eight West one hundred and forty two poles to the first Station To Hold to the said James Coker his heirs & assigns forever dated the 8th of December 1794.
