C., JOHN BROWN, five-feet six inches high, light hair, blue eyes, dark complexion, plays the fife, had on regimental overalls, vest, shirt and hat. Any person taking said Deserter, and delivering him to me at this Fort shall receive a reward of Fifteen Dollars and Ten, if delivered to any Officer in the Service of the United States. PAT C.
