C. Dec. 9, 1802, Wilmington Gazette Deserted on the night of the 5th instant, JAMES McCONNELL, a private in the Corps of Artillerists. He is about 30 years; has brown hair, grey eyes, rudy complexion; his dress a round blue jacket and overalls, a white westcoat with yellow buttons. The above reward will be given for apprehending the said McCONNELL and delivering him to the commanding officer of any military post in the United States. JOHN P.
