   CONVICTED -- We learn this morning that on yesterday, JOHN B. SIMMONS was 
put upon trial at Brunswick Superior Court for the killing of NATHAN SIMMONS, 
some time last summer, and that the jury found a verdict of guilty of murder. 
SIMMONS has taken an appeal to the Supreme Court -- Wilmington Herald
