Thurs. Oct. 26, 1858   North Carolina Argus October 26, 1859
   CONDEMNED -- YOUNG SIMMONS, convicted of murdering his cousin in Brunswick 
County, some months ago, who appealed to the Supreme Court where the decision 
was affirmed, was carriied to Smithville on Sunday last to receive the last 
dread sentence of the law, that of death by the gallows. --Wilmington Herald, 
21st inst.
