Contributor's Note:  From The Family Bible of Lillian Fannie Floyd 
now in the possession of her daughter Ruth Moore Parris since her 
death April 22, 1981.  Both Lillian and Walter Moore are buried at 
Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Fairview, Buncombe County, NC.


Father: William Manuiel Floyd was born September 9, 1877
             and died September 9, 1956.
Mother: Mary Elizabeth Cash was born February 9, 1881
              and died February 25, 1958.

Children:
Ethel Edna Floyd was born April 1, 1903.
Vertie Viola Floyd was born March 11, 1906.
James Roy Floyd was born November 9, 1908.
William Troy Floyd was born August 29, 1911.
Jessie Boyce Floyd was born July 30, 1913.
Flossie May Floyd was born July 30, 1913.
Evelyn Dezolia was born September 9.1920.
Lillian Fannie Floyd was born March 1, 1907.


Walter Clyde Moore and Lillian Fannie Floyd
 was married October 21,1922 in Gaffney, SC.
Walter Clyde Moore was born April 4,1903 and was
 kill December 29, 1940 at the age of 38.

Children:
Arthur Clyde Moore was born December 14,1924 in Shelby, NC.
Lost baby in 1925 in Shelby, NC.
Mary Louise Moore was born October 12, 1927 in Shelby, NC.
Joseph Grady Moore was born January 4, 1930 in Cedar Springs, SC.
Earl Franklin Moore was born April 22, 1932 in Cedar Springs, SC.
Paul Alvin Moore was born May 15, 1934 in Ashville, NC.
James Edward Moore was born May 29, 1936 in Woodruff, SC.
Ruth Marie Moore was born April 7, 1938 in Woodruff, SC.
Clarence Edgar Moore was born September 17, 1939 in Woodruff, SC.
Martha Ann Moore was born March 2, 1940 and died the same day.
