STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA  COURT OF EQUITY  BUNCOMBE COUNTY
April Term, 1808

AMOS ALEXANDER

           Vs.

JOSEPH MOTT and WALTER BELLAR,  alias dict. WALTER BELAH

Bill to Foreclose

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, JOSEPH MOTT 
and WALTER BELLAR,  alias dict. WALTER BELAH are  not inhabitants of this 
State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three 
successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said Defendants 
appear at the next term of this Court to be held for the said County, on the 
1st Monday in October next to plead, answer or demur to this issue, judgment 
will be taken pro confesso and set for hearing ex parte.
