Oct. Term, 1808

SAMUEL CHUNN

    Vs.

JOHN McKIN and EDWARD McKIN

Original Attachment: “Levied on a Tan-yard and the land belonging thereto.

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendants, JOHN McKIN 
and EDWARD McKIN are not inhabitants of this State. It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendants appear at the next term of this Court 
to be held for the said County, on the 1th Monday in  January 1809  and  plead 
to this issue, judgment will be had against him.
