It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, EBENEZER 
FAIN,
 is an inhabitant of the State of Georgia. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendants appear at the next term of this Court 
to be held for the  County of Buncombe in the Court House at Asheville , on 
the 1st  Monday in July  next   and  put in bail and plead, , judgment will 
be  entered against him by default.
