ELIAS EASTES

Bill of Complaint

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ELIAS EASTES 
is not an  inhabitant  of this State. It is therefore ordered by the Court 
that publication be made for four  successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, 
that unless the said Defendants appear at the next term of this Court to be 
held for the said County, on the 4th  Monday in March  next to plead, answer 
or demur to this issue, judgment will be taken pro confesso and set for 
hearing ex parte.
