EXECUTOR’S SALE
Land for sale, agreeable to the last Will and Testament of ALEXANDER MARTIN, 
L.L.D, deceased: Will be sold – at public sale, on the days and places under 
mentioned, to wit:
 -- One Tract of land, containing 300 acres in Montgomery County, lying on the 
southwest side of the Peedee River on Ash-Gum Creek, joining WM. COLSON’S 
land. This tract will be sold at the Montgomery Courthouse on Friday, the 8th 
day of April next.
-- Also, One Tract lying in Anson County, containing 200 acres. This Tract 
will be sold at the Anson Courthouse on Tuesday, the 12th of  April next.
-- Also, three tracts, one of 400 acres, lying in Rowan County on M’Cutchen’s 
Creek
-- One tract lying in Wilkes County, containing 400 acres
-- Also one half of 640 acres. Lying in Buncombe County, in partnership with 
COL. ADLAI OSBORN.
These three last mentioned tracts of land will be offered for sale in 
Salisbury, on Friday, the 15th of April next.
