It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JACOB 
WEAVER, JR, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendants appear at the next term of this Court 
to be held for the  County of Buncombe at the Court House in Asheville , on 
the first Monday after the  fourth Monday in  September  next,    and  plead 
to this issue, judgment will be entered against him by default.
