E. Loving Esta Mae Ballard Loving, wife of P. E. Loving, Daughter of the late Rev. and Mrs. W. W. Ballard of Barnardsville, N. C. was born March 16, 1900, died Dec. 31, 1935. Mrs. Loving professed faith in Christ when a child and joined the Free Will Baptist Church at Barnardsville, and lived a devoted Christian life until her death. During the last years of her life she suffered much, but was patient always trusting in Jesus whom she learned to trust as her own personal Savior and friend. Just before death came in an Asheville Hospital as she was losing sight of loved ones; Mother and friends hovering around her bedside, she began greeting her father and babies already gone to Heaven and those who witnessed her sweet smile and beaming countenance can never doubt that the spirit of her sainted father and sweet babies ministered to her in death, as they came to take her to dwell with them in that beautiful land of love where there is no more heartaches, pain or sad farewell, and Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. She is survived by her husband and three little girls, her mother and several sisters and brothers. May they live so that all will be reunited in eternal Glory. Written by her sister, Mrs. W. C.
