Will of Elisha R. Kerlee

I Elisha R. Kerlee of the County of Buncombe State of North Carolina 
being of sound and disposing mind and memory of my own free will do 
hereby publish and declare this my last will and testament revoking 
all other wills and codicils heretofore by me made
First- I will divise and bequest to Elisha J. Kerlee, Martha D. 
Hemphill Columbus P. Kerlee,Sarah E. Walker,Howard B. Kerlee,Nancy 
Buckner to them and their heirs forever all my property to be equally 
divided among the aforesaid parties. After my body has been givena 
decent Christian burial-
Second- I herby constitute and appoint Columbus P. Kerlee the
executor of this my last will and testament-
       Made puplished and declared this the twentith (20th) day of 
August 1897- Elisha R. Kerlee
