Secondly, I will and decree that all of my mountain land on the Northfork of Big Ivy from H. McKinney's up including the two tracts of land lying in Yancey County, adjoining the mountain land above mentioned, one of which I have G.G. Couts bond for & the other J.R. Loves. Also all the hogs that is left after my beloved wife takes all she wants all of which I want sold on a twelve months credit at the highest bidder and pay all the just debts I owe, and if it don't pay them, I want the land which I bought from Jas A. Buckner sold and pay them. Thirdly I will and bequeath to my dear and much beloved wife and dear children all the balance of my Estate, both real and personal, except what debts is coming to me, them I want paid on the debts I owe. Fourthly & lastly I hereby make and ordain my friends, my wife Avoline McKinney, Joseph McKinney and A.J. Greenwood, and Mr Greenwood, Executors of this my last will & testament. In witness whereof I the said John McKinney have to this my last will & testament set my hand and seal this December 18th in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one.
