Delia Stroud				Petition
vs    					for
The heirs of William Stroud decd	Provision
Motion of William Rowre Esq

On petition filed and granted ordered the John Glass Mills Higgins Jason
Carson and Thomas Green be the commissioners to lay off and atoll unto
Delia Stroud widow and family of William Stroud decd anl year provision
and of the crop stock and provision of said decd Estate and report
thereof to the Court


Dr Martin of Ilpaham Esq ordered that administration find on the estate
of Moses Hicks unto Daniel Hicks Matilda Hicks the widow of decd being
in court and who reslinquishes her rights of administration therein who
qulified and from Bond and security in the sum of $400 ordered the
personal Esate be sold according to Law by the administratory


Gardian          Delia Stroud appointed Gardian to minor orphans of
decd             William Stroud (Lowel, Lois Stroud, Rebecca Jane, Petor 
                 Missett William Jesse Hicks and Nancy Stroud who give 
                 bon with Thomas Green security in the sum of $2000


State 			Defendant in open court submits
vs    			Fined 57 by Judgment

Anns & James Hicks by				allowed and or direct by the court
Heirs of Moses Hicks by				that Jason Carson be the Justice and
Thomas Gree Gardian				that John Glass Mills Higgins and
Daniel Hicks ddows				Thomas Green be beholden to pay and
Moses Hicks			allot out of the Hicks provisions of the estate of
				Moses Hix decd one year provision for the widow and 
				foseely of the said deceased Report though

Court adjourned until tomorrow morning G Orlock
