Burke County                            Fall Term 1861

Z. D. LANCASTER                 ATTACHMENT

   Ordered by the Court that publication be made in the Raleigh Standard for 
six successive weeks, commanding the defendant Z. D. LANCASTER to appear at 
the next term of this Court, in the town of Morganton, on the 10th Monday 
after the 4th Monday after the 4th Monday in September, 1862, then and there 
to plead and replevy to the property hereto levied upon.
Witness W. S. SUDDERTH, Clerk of said Court, at office in Morgonton, on the 
10th Monday after the 4th Monday in September 1862.
