It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, JAMES 
CONNELLY, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks at the Raleigh 
Minerva, that unless the said Defendant appear at the next term of this Court 
to be held for the County of Burke in the Court House in Morganton on the 4th 
Monday in July next and plead, answer or demur to this petition, the 
petitioner's petition will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte.
