It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva that unless the said defendant appear at the next Term of this Court to be held for said District, on the 4th day in March next and within the first three days of the said term to plead, answer or demure, judgment will be taken pro confesso and heard ex parte against him.
