STATE BANK OF NORTH CAROLINA

     Vs.

MILTON LADD 

Original Attachment Levied on Sundry goods

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, MILTON LADD, 
Has removed and resides outside the limits of this State. It is therefore 
ordered by the Court that publication be made for three successive weeks at 
the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said Defendant appear at the next term of 
this Court to be held for the County of Burke in the Court House in Morganton 
on the 4th Monday in April, 1818, and replevy, the plaintiffs will be 
permitted to proceed to judgment for their demand.
