    Vs.

JOSEPH MOTT and WALTER BELLAR, alis dict., WALTER BELLAH

Bill to foreclose and Amendment

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that JOSEPH MOTT and WALTER 
BELLAR, alias dict., WALTER BELLAH, the defendants are not inhabitants of this 
State. It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be made for three 
successive weeks at the Raleigh Minerva, that unless the said Defendants 
appear at the next term of this Court to be held for the County of Burke on 
the 1st Monday in October next and make defense, the bill will be set for 
hearing
