In Pursuance of the order of the Court of Equity of Burke at March Term 1830.
 
I have proceeded to sell as directed after advertising as the Law requires all 
the Lands set forth in the Petition of said Heirs at the Court House in 
Morganton on the fourth Monday July 1830 and Lavender Fortune being the last 
and highest bidder at the sum of four hundred & twenty dollars bond filed as 
order by the Court aforesaid.
