   DIED, in Morganton, [Burke County], on the 28th ult., MRS. NANCY N. SMITH, 
consort of SUMNER J. SMITH, and daughter of MR. WM. A. TODD, of Charlotte, in 
the 26th year of her age, leaving a husband and one child, and many relatives 
and friends to mourn her loss.
