JOHN CORZINE

Vs.

MARY CORZINE, his wife

Petition for Divorce 

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, MARY 
CORZINE, is  not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three successive weeks in the Raleigh 
Minerva that unless the said Defendant appear at our next Superior Court to be 
held for the County of Cabarrus in the Court House at Concord on the seventh 
Monday after the fourth Monday in March next,  and plead, answer  or demure to 
the said petition, the same will be heard ex parte.
