To divide the land of John Hagler deceased agreeable to said
Will, ordering Tobias Klutts, Daniel Boger and John H. Bost
To divide the same did agree to the following

No. 2 140 Acres at $2.50 per acre " $350.00
No. 3 140 Acres at $2.50 per acre " $350.00

No. 3 Charles Hagler ) To this We have therunto set

No. 1 Jacob Hagler )   above written.

Again to divide the land of Jacob Hagler deceased being No. 3
The same we have divided among the Legatees of said deceased, that is,
