Original Attachment

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that F. & R. FOLGER and  G. & C. 
& H. CARVILL reside beyond the limits of this State. It is therefore ordered 
that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal 
notifying the said non-residents defendants to be and appear at the next Term 
of the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions to be held for the County of 
Cabarrus at the Court House in Concord on the third Monday of October next, to 
plead or reply to this petition. Otherwise judgment will be entered against 
them, and the lands levied on sold to satisfy the plaintiff's claims. Witness
KIAH P. HARRIS, Clerk of the said Court at office in Concord on the second 
Monday in July A. D., 1843.
