CABARRUS COUNTY
April  Term, 1815

PHILIP KERKER

        VS.

GEORGE PETREY

Original Attachment, levied

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant. GEORGE 
PETREY, is not an inhabitant of this State. It is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Raleigh Minerva 
that unless the said Defendant appears at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter 
Sessions to be held for the County of Cabarrus at the Court House in Concord 
on the 3rd Monday in July next and plead answer or demur to this issue, 
judgment will be  entered up against him according to the Plaintiff’s demands.
