July Term, 1843

JOHN M. MORRISON 
    VS.
G., C. & H. CARVILL
P. & R. FOLGER

Orginial Attachment

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that G., C. & H. CARVILL,  P. & 
R. FOLGER reside beyond the limits of this State. It is therefore ordered by 
the Court that publication be made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte 
Journal notifyings the said non-resident defendants, to be and appear at the 
next term of the Court of Pleas & Quarter Session to be held for the County of 
Cabarrus at the Court House at Concord on the 3rd Monday in October next and 
plead or reply to this petition. Otherwise judgment will be entered against 
them and the land levied on, sold to satisfy Plaintiff's claims. Witness KIAH 
P. HARRIS, Clerk of said Court at office in Concord on the second Monday in 
July A. D. 1843.
