J.D. Bost and others v. Soloman Bost and the heirs at Law of Elizabeth Willhelm

Petition for Partition of Lands

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant/defendants, 
Soloman Bost and the heirs at Law of Elizabeth Willhelm reside beyond the 
limits of this State: It is therefore ordered by the Court that publication be 
made for six successive weeks in the Charlotte Journal notifying said 
defendant non-resident to be and Appear at our next Court of Pleas & Quarter 
Sessions to be held for Cabarrus County at the Court House at Concord on the 
3rd Monday in July next. 

Then and there to plead, answer or demur to this petition filed: Otherwise 
judgment will be taken pro confesso and the matter will be heard ex parte will 
be made as to them.
Witness R.W. Foard, Clerk of the said Court at office on the 3rd Monday in 
April AD 1848
