EBENEZER MARSH to JAMES LITTLE....for 80 pounds.... part of a tract no. 2 on 
north Bank of Rockey River...beginning at a hickory at the mouth of Meadow 
Creek & runs N. 75 E. 80 poles. N. 61 W 92 poles to a black oak thence 41 & 64 
poles to a white oak on the bank of said river thence to the beginning. 
Another tract of 40 acres on Meadow Creek Beginning at a black oak near GEORGE 
GARMON'S, upper link of the Creek then N. 43 W 15 chains to a post. Thence N. 
47 E 78 chains to a pine. Thence South 43 & 15 chains crossing the said Creek 
to a post oak then to the beginning..all appurtenances, buildings, & 
improvements...
