The Chartering of Tuscarora Cotton Mill - 1899

Tuscarora Cotton Mill was chartered on 5 Sep 1899. Charter members of Board of 
Directors were J. W. Cannon, Paul Barringer, D. D. Barrier, J. P. Efrid, Jonas 
Cook, M. A. Foil, & A. N. James. The first meeting of Stockholders was held on 
19 Sep 1899 at Cook & Foil store room in Mt. Pleasant, NC. 
Shareholders were:
