Friday, Sept. 29, 1815, Raleigh Minerva
   DIED, in Cabarrus County, on the 13th ult., MR. ISAAC HARRIS. In the death 
of this young man, his bereaved parents, four brothers, four sisters and a 
large circle of friends and acquaintances are left to bewail his loss.
