Nov. 24, 1837    Charlotte Journal
   DIED, in Cabarrus County, on the 13th inst., at the residence of MR. SILAS 
YOUNG, DR. REMUS W. HOLLAND, in the 27th of his age. The deceased was a native 
of Iredell County, and has been practicing medicine in the neighborhood of 
Millgrove, Cabarrus County, for the last three months, where he proved himself 
skillful and successful in his profession, and by the correctness of his moral 
character, the mildness and amiableness of his disposition, he secured the 
confidence and esteem of all whom he associated.
