   DEPARTED THIS LIFE, at Pioneer Mills, N. C., on the 13th instant, MR. JOHN 
MORRISON, in the 78th year of his life. He died of pneumonia. MR. MORRISON had 
been for more than half a century, a uniformly consistent member, and for 
about 30 years an influential and venerated ruling elder of the Presbyterian 
Church of Rocky River.
