Mr. Riley ROWELL of Concord, died Tuesday night, July 3, 1923, at 10 o’clock. 
Mr. ROWELL was formerly a citizen of this county, being engaged in the mill 
business, but moved to Concord about five years ago and engaged in similar 
work… Mr. ROWELL was thirty-six years old. He was a son of the late Joseph 
ROWELL, and Mrs. Flora MEDLIN, who now lives in North Monroe. Surviving him 
are three sisters, Miss Ella ROWELL of North Monroe, Mrs. Addie IVEY of Monroe 
and Miss Lola PRESSLEY of Waxhaw, and one brother, Mr. Walter ROWELL of Spray, 
N.C
