Page 12 Jan. 2, 1978 Mrs. Cauble [picture included] Mrs. Sadie Lowder Cauble, 76, of Rogers Lake Rd., died at 6:03 p.m. Monday at Cabarrus Memorial Hospital following several years of declining health. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Midway United Methodist Church, of which she was a member. The Rev. Neil E. Smith and the Rev. Julian D. Nesslrodt will officiate. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. The body will remain at Whitley’s Funeral Home until placed in state at the church one half hour prior to the services. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 until 9 p.m. today. Mrs. Cauble was a native of Stanly County, daughter of the late R.D. Lowder and Mrs. Rebecca Bowers Lowder, and had made her home here since 1921. Prior to her retirement in 1966 she was employed at Cannon Mills Plant 1. Surviving are her husband, Frank L. Cauble; three sons, Rayford E. Cauble and Larry A. Cauble, both of Concord, and J.D. Cauble of Kannapolis; four sisters, Mrs. Walter Hurlocker, Miss Ethel Lowder, Mrs. Lentz Russell, all of Albemarle, and Mrs. Charlie Furr of Oakboro; one brother, David P. Lowder of Albemarle; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
