Faggart, Daniel - 1859 - Cabarrus County, NC - Wills Submitted for use in the USGenWeb Project Archives by Dan Manship I Daniel Faggart of the County of Cabarrus and State of North Carolina being of sound mind and memory but considering the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form that is to say First that my Executors hereinafter named Shall provide for my body a decent burial suitable to the wishes of my relatives and friends and pay all the funeral expenses together with my just debts heresoever and to whomsoever owing out of the monies that may first come into their hands as a part and parcel of my Estate 1st It is my will that all my property that I possess be sold at public Sale by my Executors Item 2nd I give and bequeath to my Grand Children the children of my Daughter Lydia Hartsell dec. one hundred dollars out of my estate to be equally divided among them Item 3rd I give and bequeath to my Grand Children the children of my Daughter Polly Klutts dec. one hundred dollars out of my estate to be equally divided among them Item 4th I give and bequeath the residue of my estate to my Sons Jacob Faggart, Reubin Faggart, Mathias Faggart, Israel Faggart, Timothy Faggart and my Daughter Catharine Miller to be equally divided among them to share and share alike And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my Sons Reubin Faggart, Israel Faggart and Timothy Faggart my lawful Executors to all [illegible] and purposes to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning of the Said and every part and clause thereof [illegible] revoking and declaring [illegible] void all other wills and testaments by me heretofore made In [illegible] whereof I the Said Daniel Faggart do hereunto set my hand and seal this the 11th day of May AD 1859 Signed sealed published and declared by the Said Daniel Faggart to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence do Subscribe our names as witnesses thereof John Shimpock [?] DM Barnhardt ========================= USGENWEB NOTICE In keeping with our policy of providing free genealogy information on the Internet, data may be freely used by non-commercial entities, as long as this message remains on all copied material.
