Huie I, M. G. Huie, widow, of the town of Concord, in the County of Cabarrus and State of North Carolina, declare this to be my last will and testament:-- 1. I direct that my executor, hereinafter named, provide for my body a suitable burial, beside the body of my late husband, in the cemetery in the town of Tyro in state of Mississippi. That all expenses for said interment, including the erection of a suitable monument to my late husband and myself, not to cost exceeding one hundred dollars, shall be borne by estate. 2. I give and bequeath to my niece, Mrs. Laura Galloway, wife of A. B. Galloway, my gold watch, chain and trinkets attached thereto. 3. I direct that my executor sell all my other property and collect all that may be owing to me and out of the proceeds so realized, first, pay the funeral expenses provided for in the first item of this will: second, all costs and expenses of executing this will: third, all debts that I may owe: and lastly, if any surplus remains, then divide it share and share alike between the children of my deceased sister, Mrs. Emaline Ford. 4. I hereby appoint my nephew, H. P. Ford, as the executor of this my last will and testament. In witness hereof I, M. G. Huie, have to this my last will and testament, consisting of one sheet of paper, subscribed my name and set my seal this 15th day of November 1894. Mrs. M. G. Huie (seal) Subscribed by the Testatrix in the presence of us and at the same time declared by her to us to be her last will and testament and thereupon we, at the request of the testatrix, sign our names hereto as witnesses. Jno. P. Allison Jno. K. Patterson State of North Carolina, Cabarrus County in the matter of the last will of Mrs. Mary G. Huie before James C. Gibson, clerk Superior Court, Hiram P. Ford being duly sworn, doth say: that Mrs. Mary G. Huie, late of said county, is dead, having first made and published her last will and testament, and that he, Hiram P. Ford is the executor named therein. Further, that the property of the said Mrs. Mary G. Huie, consisting of personal property entirely is worth about $1000.00 so far as can be ascertained at the date of this application; and that N. P. Foard and Fred C. Foard of Roanoke, Va, Mrs. Minnie F. Partee of Bluefield, W. Va., Mrs. Saura F. Gallaway and Mrs. Katie F. Noel of Elkin, N.C. Hiram P. Ford of Teaksville, N.C., Mrs. Moselle F. Means, of Concord, N.
