He had been in ill health for a few days before his death. Rev. Leonard Bean will conduct the rites at the graveside at Mortimer. The deceased was born in Watauga County on February 20, 1891, a son of the late George and Liza Bradshaw Storie. He was a lifelong member of the Sampson Baptist Church of that county. Mr. Storie was an employee of the Kent-Coffey Manufacturing Company here. The deceased is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nancy Bradshaw Store, three sons, Richard Storie, Lenoir; Frank Storie, with the armed forces in Italy; Carl Storie with the U. S. Navy in New York, three daughters, Mrs. Verlee Tolbert, Lenoir, Frances Tore, Lenoir and Pauline Storie, Lenoir.
